Luckey's Distilling LLC (“Luckeys”) runs luckeysdistillery.com. This page explains what we collect and why.

What you send us

When you use our private event inquiry form or email us, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, email, event date, guest count and message. We use it only to reply to you and plan your event. We don't sell it or share it with anyone else.

Our email list

If you join our email list, we keep your email address and any name you give us, and use them only to send you news from Luckeys. Every email has a link to unsubscribe.

Analytics and advertising

We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our site, and Google Ads and Meta (Facebook and Instagram) to measure whether our ads lead to inquiries. These services use cookies and similar technology to collect information such as pages visited, the device and browser used, and general location. They don't receive anything you type into our forms. You can limit ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com, opt out of Google Analytics with the browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, and manage how Meta uses this information in your Facebook or Instagram ad settings.

Age

Our site is intended for adults 21 and over.
